  4.     This almanac program by Mike Vandervoort. It is based on articles in 
  5.     Weather Wise magazine. It derives various parameters of the sun and moon 
  6.     including rise, set, etc on a day by day basis. It also gives dates of 
  7.     equinoxes, solstices and Easter.  The only thing I did to his program was 
  8.     to save the original screen color registers at the start of the program 
  9.     and to restore them again at termination.
  10.     MAST:  This is a pretty impressive program for the amount of data that it
  11.     can generate on a number of cities.  This program really only runs in low
  12.     resolution.  You can try it in monochrome, but don't expect the best looking
  13.     screen.

  19.     Chekbook is a dedicated checking account database with a nice GEM
  20.     interface. Chekbook will tally your total and daily balances, 
  21.     plus what the bank thinks you have. It will also tell you the 
  22.     last date the bank's balance agreed with reality. New: faster 
  23.     scrolling, improved printer functions, and better mouse and 
  24.     keyboard control. Version 1.09 fixes a bug in text entry that
  25.     wouldn't allow capitol 'P' or 'H'. If you need help balancing 
  26.     your checking account, Chekbook is the answer!
  27.     MAST: This is another very good checkbook program.  Lots of features and 
  28.     very well planned out.  The only problem which I could find is that it only
  29.     run in medium resolution.  Another no-go for monochrome users.

  40.     Finally, version 1.9 is here!  Full docs are included.
  41.     V 1.9 can run as either ACC or PRG just by renaming it.  Also adds printer
  42.     set-up string (macro #10), word left/right, can set default to overwrite or 
  43.     append on save, save with or w/o BAKup, send text out modem port, shows
  44.     filename in top window bar, and MAY now work with large screens (Moniterm,
  45.     MonSTEr, etc.).  Also many bugs have been fixed, so it is once again   
  46.     compatible with Uniterm (and other programs that relocate the screen in 
  47.     RAM).  This is shareware.  Make Shareware work -- distribute it, and 
  48.     register if you use it.  You'll be rewarded with version with configurable
  49.     buffer size.
  50.     MAST: This program just keeps getting better.  This diary program has now
  51.     almost become a full editor for your desk accessories.  The program can now
  52.     also be run as a PRG.  I had some problems with this mode so be warned.

  59.     Sprite  Studio is a low-res painting program written  in  GFA 
  60.     Basic  that incorporates several non-standard features  useful  in 
  61.     creating sprites for animations as well as games.   Sprite  Studio 
  62.     also has the ability to load any file as graphics (not just  DEGAS 
  63.     or  Neochrome  pictures).   The program is fully icon-driven. This 
  64.     program was written by Cory Chapman.  Shareware!
  65.     MAST:  Try out the only painting program that will literally load any file
  66.     into memory.  Lots of options as well!!!
